Peak Enterprises Commercial Cleaning has been serving Martin and St. Lucie Counties since 2000, specializing in cleaning small to medium size offices, condo and HOA common areas and light maintenance and repairs.
Prior to venturing on his own, Mike Peak spent 19 years with Seacoast Bank, supervising the management, maintenance and sale of foreclosed properties, including an RV park, commercial warehouses, apartment buildings, houses and condominiums. Also from 2000 to 2015, Mike was the treasurer and bookkeeper of a seven-employee business in Jupiter, FL When Mike’s wife, Marieli, passed away in 2015, his daughter Felicia and son-in-law Jacob Jungkunz, stepped in to help maintain and grow the family business. Jacob graduated from the Law Enforcement Academy at Indian River State College in 2011 and then served as Security Supervisor for G4S Security Company in Palm Beach County for 3 years. Jacob is involved in day to day operations of the business and business development. Felicia, who is a Registered Nurse at Martin Health Systems, assists in marketing and business development. |
